What does grace and grit mean to you?
Being a Redskins cheerleader is an extremely rewarding job, while the glitz and glamour is fun and appealing to an outsider's eye, the true magic happens behind the scenes. We work extremely hard in the studio, perfecting our routines for hours, and then also in the workforce where we are always striving to further our professional careers. Our days can be long and tiring, but as I always say, "Your dreams don't work unless you do.

What do you love most about DC?
Living in the suburbs of D.C. for the past two years has opened my eyes to a lot of new experiences. The city is full of life and history, but what I love most of all, are the friends and opportunities this city and the Redskins organization has given me by being a First Lady of Football.

What small thing makes you smile?
As a Redskins Cheerleader, it brings me the most joy when I see others happy and successful. I love being able to support my teammates, our Junior Cheerleaders, and our troops on Military Appreciation Tours.

What's your favorite non profit organization?
My family is heavily involved in the work of the UDT-SEAL Association. My father is a retired Navy SEAL and now the Executive Director of the association, and my mother has been the SEAL store Director for nine years, where 100% of the profits go back to the SEAL Association. I love being able to support our SEAL teams and raise money to support the community.

Best way to start your day...
I enjoy waking up to a good cup of coffee and my daily devotional! It's important to me to have a positive start to my day and be prepared for my day ahead.
