2017 Regular Season Snap Counts: Offense

Check out how many offensive snap counts Washington Redskins players appeared on during the 2017 regular season.

For the second straight year, Washington Redskins quarterback Trent Williams was under center for more than 1,000 offensive snaps. Cousins, in fact, was the only Redskins player to record more than 1,000 offensive snaps with 1,008.

Unlike last season, though, when Cousins was one of only four quarterbacks in the NFL to play 100 percent of a team's offensive snap counts, backup Colt McCoy came in for four plays in place of the Michigan State product in Washington's Week 14 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

-- Morgan Moses played through ankle issues throughout the season to start all 16 games for the Redskins while leading all Washington offensive linemen with 958 snaps.

--Speaking of the offensive line, eight linemen recorded at least 300 offensive snap counts including rookie Chase Roullier and 2015 draft selection Arie Kouandjio, who was signed back by Washington mid-season after he spent the beginning of the year on Baltimore's practice squad.

--After playing just 31 offensive plays during an injury-shortened rookie season, Josh Doctson led all Redskins wide receivers in offensive snaps with 752. On those plays, he recorded 35 receptions for 502 yards and a team-high six touchdowns.

--In a season in which the Redskins had nine running backs appear on the active roster at some point, none recorded more than 360 offensive snaps. Rookie Samaje Perine led the group with 359 offensive snaps.

--Washington has used linebackers at fullback in the past, as was the case this year when rookie Ryan Anderson appeared on six offensive plays.
