Game Day Base Dispatcher: Work to resolve issues that may arise in the stadium by fielding calls and dispatch a proper response team. Enhance the game day experience for our guests and by supporting our staff. APPLY HERE
Game Day Service and Escort: Assist in securing Employee Check In, Service Level and other designated areas. APPLY HERE
Guest Experience Booths: Oversee an assigned area of the Stadium and respond to any situations such as ticket issues, ADA relocations and guest complaints. Must maintain welcoming and calm manner at all times. APPLY HERE
Guest Experience Teammate: Do you enjoy making people smile and creating lifetime memories for guests? Specific Roles may include:
• Ticket Scanner ("Greeters") / Checker
• Usher
• Elevator or Escalator Operator
• Concourse/Stairs/Ramp Directional
Redskins Gold Ambassadors: Provide personalized, customer-oriented service to Redskins premium clients at all Redskins games and events. APPLY HERE
Ticket Office: Assist with customer service items, guest relocations, ticket sales, will call distribution and more. APPLY HERE
