Very few moments can match the joy Washington Redskins cornerback Bashaud Breeland got out of his participation in last weekend's Ball Hawks Academy.

As he coached up local youngsters through different defensive backs drills, Breeland specifically noticed the smiles on the campers' faces.

"It's a real good feeling knowing that I have somebody that looks up to me," Breeland said. "I was in their predicament once. That's why I love to go back and give all the information that I have to better these kids' lives, because at one point I didn't have that person to come tell me you need to step ahead. What I did was I started getting advice from older people, and it really helped me mature faster than the rate that I was going."

In fact, it was "one of the best experiences I've had in a long time, being around the kids."

"It was fun to see how they interact and how they're so eager to learn," he said.

While Breeland helped Ball Hawks Academy with this year's camp, he may be looking to host his own in the years to come.

"I'm trying to figure out where I want to do it and how I want it to go," he said. "I've been talking to different people to see if I can get people from home to join in."

Below is a quick social media recap of Breeland at Ball Hawks Academy:

S/o to @Saluteme17 for coming out and putting in some work with us. One of the coolest guys I've ever met. @Redskins pic.twitter.com/Ny7npdY9Z4 — Ty Savage (@TYSAVAGE) June 20, 2015
