It should be no surprise, but just in case you were anxious, offensive lineman Brandon Scherff is rated pretty well in Madden '16.
So well, he's ranked in the top 10 of rookies this year. He landed an 80 overall rating, while wide receiver Amari Cooper collected the highest mark with 82. So, pretty good.
Specifically, Scherff tops all O-linemen with an 89 run block as well as 83 strength and 80 pass block. In other words, pretty darn good.
But this is to be expected from the Outland Trophy winner. Madden must have seen some of Scherff's Iowa lifting videos and game tape and thought, yeah, we should rank him pretty high.
