We've waited, we've wondered, but finally, the Washington Commanders' 2024 schedule has been revealed to the masses. Celebrate accordingly. Here are five things to know about the upcoming slate of games.

We're hours away from learning the Washington Commanders' 2024 schedule. We've known the full list of home and away opponents for months, but who the Burgundy & Gold will play in Week 1, how many primetime games are in their future and more will be revealed by the NFL at 8 p.m. tonight. 

For now, Daniels' goals are simple: learn as much as possible and get adjusted to the NFL. Kingsbury has seen him embrace both in their short time together.

Regardless of whether he's named the Week 1 starter or takes over the roll later in the season, Jayden Daniels will be exposed to several veteran quarterbacks, all of which have different approaches to the position. So, Commanders.com is going to look at each team's quarterback -- in some cases, more than one -- and how they performed in 2023. 

The Commanders will play all four teams from the NFC South and the AFC North next season, including home matchups against the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers. The Commanders will play the Baltimore Ravens for just the eighth time in franchise history in the regular season, the last of which coming in the 2020 season.

There's little to dispute about Daniels talent at this point; it was a driving force behind why the Commanders knew for a while that they wanted to draft him and give a shot at being a franchise quarterback. What they're hoping will set him apart from the 35 quarterbacks that have tried to be the answer for Washington since 1994 is his work ethic, command and poise.
