Redskins great Darrell Green participated in a "Legends Game" on Saturday, Feb. 12, as part of the NFL's Pro Bowl festivities in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Another former Redskin, wide receiver Andre Reed, also participated in the game. (Reed is better known as a longtime receiver with the Buffalo Bills.)

Green and Reed joined 12 other former Pro Bowl stars, including:

• Steve Atwater, S, Denver Broncos

• Blaine Bishop, S, Tennessee Titans

• Leroy Butler, CB, Green Bay Packers

• Mark Clayton, WR, Miami Dolphins

• Bryan Cox, LB, New England Patriots

• Roger Craig, RB, San Francisco 49ers

• Michael Irvin, WR, Dallas Cowboys

• James Lofton, WR, Oakland Raiders

• Dan Marino, QB, Miami Dolphins

• Mike Singletary, LB, Chicago Bears

• Steve Young, QB, San Francisco 49ers

Allen and Singletary are both Pro Football Hall of Famers, while Marino and Young have been inducted into the Hall of Fame this year.

Green, as all Redskins fans know, played 20 years at cornerback with the Redskins and is the team's all-time interceptions leader with 54. He established the longest tenure with one team in all of pro sports.

The "Legends Game" was part of the inaugural "Pro Bowl Skills Challenge," an event that showcased NFL stars competing in football-related drills such as quarterback accuracy, best hands and the fastest man.

Green joined in on the fastest man competition in the "Skills Challenge." The competition was won by Atlanta's Allen Rossum.
