Redskins linebacker Zach Brown will miss his second straight game on Sunday as he is dealing with various lower body injuries. Brown currently has 127 tackles on the season.

Entering the last home game of the 2017 regular season, the Washington Redskins will head into Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos at FedExField in Landover, Md., with running back LeShun Daniels (hand), tackle Trent Williams (knee) and linebackers Zach Brown (Achilles/toe/hamstring) and Ryan Anderson (knee) out for the contest.
Wide receivers Jamison Crowder (hamstring) Maurice Harris (back), running back Samaje Perine (groin), tackle Morgan Moses (illness/ankle) cornerback Jonathan Allen (foot) and defensive lineman Terrell McClain (toe) will be questionable for the game.
Williams has played through a painful knee injury through most of the season that will soon require the University of Oklahoma product to undergo surgery. He will be placed on Injured Reserve on Friday.
With Williams out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, the 32-year-old Ty Nsekhe will be asked to make his third start at left tackle this season.
Nsekhe also started at left guard against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 13, but has since slid back to the tackle position.
"I think with Ty, he is much better suited when he is playing one spot, tackle, and you start moving him around and all that, it's not that easy to go inside at guard," Gruden said. "It's a different set. It's a different technique. It's different calls for you and all that stuff. I think Ty is a big man and a very good tackle, but in the offseason when we have more time, maybe we can feature him at some guard when we've got all our guys back."
The Redskins will also have to keep an eye on Perine's health after he tweaked his groin during Thursday's practice session. So far this season, the 2017 fourth-round pick has recorded 156 carries for 547 yards with both a rushing and receiving touchdown.
Washington also has Kapri Bibbs on the active roster after being called up to the active roster last week.
"I've had a bad experience trying to predict these hamstrings and groins and calves, so I'm not going to even attempt it," Gruden said of Perine's status with the injury on Thursday. "I think it was a minor thing based on what I'm hearing. He still had some pretty good flexibility and movement. We just held him out."
Brown, meanwhile, will miss his second consecutive game as he battles a bevy of lower-body injuries.
Like last week, the Redskins will utilize the pairing of Zach Vigil and Martrell Spaight at inside linebacker with Josh Harvey-Clemons and Otha Peters also available as reserves.
Since re-signing with the Redskins in November, Vigil has recorded 29 tackles in five games.
Although Brown will not play against Denver, Washington could return McClain to game action.
The seventh-year veteran out of South Florida has missed the last four games with a toe injury. He has recorded 19 tackles with two passes defensed so far in his first season with the Redskins.
