The sun is up and the fans are pouring into Redskins Park in anticipation of Fan Appreciation Day 2012.

Fans are greeted by the 80th Anniversary Tour Bus, parked outside the entrance of the facilities.  The 80th Anniversary celebration will be a running theme throughout the day, as it will throughout the entire 2012 season.

There is a full schedule of activities planned for the day, beginning around 10:30 a.m. with emcee Larry Michael on the back practice fields with special guests.

There will be performances by the Redskins Marching Band and the Redskins Cheerleaders, each celebrating major milestones in 2012.

The First Ladies of Football are the longest running cheer squad in the NFL, and will be celebrating their 50th Anniversary gracing the Redskins' sidelines.

The Redskins' Marching Band was founded in the team's initial season in Washington, and will be performing the Redskins Fight Song and other familiar songs throughout the morning.

Practice kicks off at noon, where fans will be able to watch Robert Griffin III and company battle the defense in the ninth practice of training camp.

For those of you at home, there will be live streaming video beginning at 10 a.m. over on the Redskins Facebook platform.

Also follow live updates and special offers throughout the day on Redskins Twitter (@Redskins), and follow Redskins Instagram for exclusive behind-the-scenes-shots.

Updates upcoming throughout the day.
