Niles Paul will always remember the community that raised him and helped mold him into the man that he is today.

Born and raised in Nebraska, Paul attended Omaha North High School before crushing it at the University of Nebraska.

While he's now entering his fifth season in the NFL with the Washington Redskins, Paul remains loyal to Omaha North and the local community.

Late last year, Paul donated football accessories to the school. This came after he donated jerseys the year before.

This time, though, Paul's donation of his own jersey touched one life in particular.

On March 30, Tyrus Harris, a student at Omaha North who was in line to play collegiately at Wayne State, was shot multiple times. He survived, but is now confined to a wheelchair.

Saturday, a photo surfaced on Twitter of Harris with one of Paul's Redskins jerseys as seen above.
