Washington Redskins fan and NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. snapped a photo sporting his dad's old driving uniform on Sunday. His Redskins jersey, if you look carefully, is present in the background.

Earnhardt, son of the late NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Sr., was pictured trying on his father's International Race of Champions uniform from 2001.

The diehard fan apparently has a color-coded closet behind him where he hangs his Redskins jersey, evident by the gold design on the arm.

Earnhardt, a North Carolina native, became a Redskins fan because his mother lived in Norfolk, Va., and there were no local teams at the time.

Don't be surprised to witness Earnhardt sporting burgundy and gold to cheer on his beloved team again this season.
