Ice baths are never fun, but sometimes they're just necessary.
The photo Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garçon tweeted this afternoon is proof, as he looks pretty uncomfortable having to submerge his body in a tub full of ice and freezing water.
Of course there are a lot of benefits to ice baths including helping ease soreness.
Could there be another way, though? Pierre may be thinking the same thing right about now.
