It's that time of year for college football.

As annual Spring games have gotten underway over different parts of the country, a few Redskins players have made the trip back to their alma mater to show support.

Running back Silas Redd, who has been working out and taking classes at USC  didn't have to walk too far to the Los Angeles Coliseum. He even made an appearance on the big screen.

Jeron Johnson also returned to his former school, Boise State, to soak up the blue turf one more time with fans and former players on the sideline.

For Johnson, as he captions in one of his photos, one of his former coaches, Marcel Yates, convinced him and several other teammates to make the trip from Los Angeles to reconnect.

At least Johnson knows Yates can still recruit.
