Redskins Announce Additions To Draft Night Presented By 7-Eleven

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins have announced the final details for Draft Night presented by 7-ELEVEN on April 25, 2019 at The Anthem, to feature a live performance by rapper Biz Markie with local media personalities Sunni and the City, Bram Weinstein, and Elizabethany to serve as co-hosts for the event.

Biz Markie will be performing his hit song "Just a Friend" on the main stage during Draft Night. Sunni will be Draft Night's emcee on the main stage while Weinstein will serve as the football analyst. Elizabethany will serve as the host for the Draft Night pre-party. Current players scheduled to attend include Adrian Peterson, Ryan Kerrigan, Chris Thompson, Jonathan Allen, Matt Ioannidis, Ryan Anderson, Trey Quinn and Tim Settle.

Sunni is a morning show host at Washington, D.C.'s Powerhouse 95.5, one-half of the Joe Clair Morning Show. She has previously graced the airways on Power 96 (Miami), FM 98 WJLB (Detroit) and Channel 95.5 (Detroit). She is a passionate philanthropist and is involved with numerous charities, including The Special Olympics, Covenant House Homeless Shelter, Safe Shores DC, UNICEF, Knock Out Abuse and Becky's Fund. Sunni is also a published author. Her book "Still I Shine" details her life from the refugee camps to her rise in radio and media.

Weinstein anchored "Sportscenter" at ESPN for seven years before returning home to host "The Bram Weinstein Show" on ESPN 980 from 2016-2018. Weinstein covered the Redskins for eight seasons (2000-2008) and was part of the official Redskins broadcast team for two seasons during that time. During that period, Weinstein hosted "The Joe Gibbs show" on ESPN 980. Weinstein now works at Fox 5 in Washington, D.C. hosting "Like it or Not" and owns Ampire Media which produces various podcasts. Weinstein has also hosted various Redskins TV shows over the last three seasons. 

During Draft Night, Devils Backbone will announce which #ATTR (Ale to the Redskins) beer was the fan favorite during the 2018 season. The Redskins partnered with Devils Backbone Brewing Company in 2018 to create #ATTR Golden Ale and #ATTR Burgundy Ale, and then gave fans an opportunity to vote for their favorite during game days at FedExField. Media and fans in attendance will have the opportunity to sample the winning brew.

HOT 99.5's Elizabethany will host the Draft Night pre-party beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Transit Pier in the Wharf District. The pre-party will feature performances by the Washington Redskins Marching Band and Cheerleaders, Music by HOT 99.5, trivia and prize giveaways, free Slurpee samples from 7-ELEVEN, and corn hole, Jenga and other interactive games. One lucky fan will also receive free Slurpee's for a year complements of 7-ELEVEN.

Elizabethany, a Woodbridge native, is an on-air personality at Washington, D.C.'s HOT 99.5, and can be heard every day from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. A lifelong Redskins fan, she hosts the weekly iHeartRadio podcast, "Hail to the Siblings" with her brother, Mike. They bring the true fan's perspective and the latest news to both the light and die-hard fans, with a heavy side of entertainment and buzz-worthy topics. Entry to The Anthem will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the event will start at 8 p.m. Fans with tickets to the show can enter for the chance to upgrade their tickets at Draft Night.
