Redskins Fall Short To Broncos In Third Preseason Game

Running back Adrian Peterson takes his first carry as a member of the Washington Redskins seven yards in the first quarter of Friday's preseason game against the Denver Broncos.

Peterson shows his patience and vision on a 13-yard run up the left side of the line in the first quarter against the Denver Broncos.

On fourth-and-inches, Peterson makes a defender miss and carries the ball for 15 yards and a first down during the second quarter. The 15-yard run was Peterson's longest of the night.

Quarterback Kevin Hogan finds wide receiver Darvin Kidsy down the right sideline for a 40-yard connection in the fourth quarter.

Hogan pairs up with wide receiver Simmie Cobbs Jr. in the back of the end zone for a 15-yard touchdown, cutting the Broncos' lead to 26-10 in the fourth quarter. The score was Cobbs Jr.'s first as a Redskin.
