Redskins Donate $15,000 to Pop Warner Team

The Redskins Charitable Foundation and Redskins owner Daniel M. Snyder have donated $15,000 to the Hyattsville Hawks Pop Warner football team so they can travel to Orlando, Fla. to play in the national Pop Warner playoffs.

Snyder presented the check to Hawks head coach Nick Miller and several of the club's players on Thursday Dec. 1, at Redskins Park.

The Hyattsville Hawks are Eastern Division Champions (Maryland) after going 14-0 this season.

The Hawks have not lost a regular season game in three years.
