While the Redskins decision-makers were finishing out their mid-round selections on Saturday, the rest of Redskins Nation was running, cheering and partying throughout the morning and afternoon at FedExField.

This year's Redskins Draft Fest, presented by Pepsi, had perfect weather and a celebratory atmosphere as the team welcomed its newest members, first and second-round draft picks Da'Ron Payne and Derrius Guice, respectively, to their new team and stadium.

After an introductory press conference in front of the media, Payne and Guice then made their way to the stage to meet and greet Redskins fans in person. It highlighted a full day around the stadium, which began with the Draft Day Dash 5K run and ended with fans hearing from new quarterback Alex Smith.

He headlined a group of current and former Redskins players also on hand, including Chris Thompson, Ryan Kerrigan, Mason Foster, Ziggy Hood, Morgan Moses and Anthony Lanier II as well as alumni Chris Samuels, Brad Edwards and Gary Clarke, among several others. Actor Laz Alonso also made an appearance, announcing the fourth-round draft pick safety Troy Apke on NFL Network.

In case you couldn't enjoy the festivities, here's what you missed.
