Season Ticket Card

What will be included in my 2020 season ticket package?

Your season ticket package will include your Redskins Gold card(s) and a lanyard to attach to each card. You will receive one Redskins Gold card per season ticket you have for the 2020 season. Your Redskins Gold card is your ticket!

Is my card good for all games?

Yes. Your card is preprogramed with your tickets for all 10 Redskins home games at FedExField.

Are all my seats on one card?

No, you will receive one Redskins Gold card per season ticket seat that you have for the 2020 season. Each card that you receive will have your ticket for that seat for all 10 Redskins home games for the 2020 season.

Why a card?

1 card – 10 tickets – exclusive access

  1. Access to all of your game tickets through your My Redskins Account and the Redskins Mobile App at any time.
  2. Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.
  3. Less waste.
  4. Easily manage, send, or sell your individual game tickets at any time.
  5. Use your card to identify yourself as a Redskins Gold member to access benefits on gameday and throughout the offseason.

Are hard copy printed tickets with players on them available?

No, tickets will no longer be printed. In the 2020 season, the hard copy ticket option is the Redskins Gold card. For the 2020 season there are two (2) ticket delivery options available to members.

  1. Your Redskins Gold card (hard copy option – includes access to mobile tickets)
  2. The Redskins Mobile App (mobile only option)

The Redskins Gold card will contain your tickets for all 10 Redskins home games. You will receive one Redskins Gold card per season ticket seat that you have for the 2020 season.

Is my parking on my Redskins Gold card?

No, parking is not on your Redskins Gold card. If you choose to receive a Redskins Gold card, you will receive a hard copy parking pass in your season ticket package. You will also have access to your mobile parking pass via your My Redskins Account and through the Redskins Mobile App.

Can I still print a ticket from home?

No. Printable PDF tickets are not available. Your digital tickets are accessible through your My Redskins Account and on the Redskins Mobile App.

What if I don't have a smart phone?

If you need assistance with sending individual game tickets to someone who does not have a smart phone, our Membership Services team is here to help! Call or text (301) 276-6050 or email tickets@redskins.com to reach our Membership Services team.

What about Playoff tickets?

If the Redskins have a home playoff game and you elect to purchase your seats for a home playoff game, your tickets will be electronically added to your Redskins Gold card.

On Gameday

Do I bring my Redskins Gold card to every game?

Yes! Your Redskins Gold card is your ticket for entry to FedExField! Just scan your Redskins Gold card at the stadium entrance gates and you're good to go.

Don't forget to use your Redskins Gold card to access your exclusive stadium entrances, your preferred pricing and fast lanes at concession stand, and your discount of the Redskins Team Store Item of the Game.

How do I access mobile tickets on gameday?

To access your mobile tickets, make sure you have the latest version of the Redskins Mobile App. Simply open the Redskins Mobile App, tap on the menu in the top left corner, select Tickets, then My Account to access your tickets any time!

If you plan on using mobile tickets, we recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet to avoid delays on gameday.

What if my phone battery dies and I only have my tickets on my phone?

Plan on having your phone fully charged before you arrive at the stadium on gameday. If for any reason, you are not able to access your tickets on your mobile device on gameday, you can visit our ticket resolution windows located outside of the stadium at Gate A and Gate E.

What happens if my Redskins Gold card is misplaced or stolen?

Don't worry! Our Membership Services team can easily deactivate a misplaced or stolen card and work with you to find a solution for you to access your tickets.
