Redskins Sign T Bryce Quigley

LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. – The Washington Redskins announced today that they have signed free agent tackle Bryce Quigley. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. In addition, the team waived quarterback Hutson Mason.

Quigley (6-4, 302) originally entered the NFL with the Detroit Lions on June 13, 2014. After being waived by the Lions on Aug. 26, he signed to the San Diego Chargers' practice squad in Week 14 last season. He was waived by the Chargers on May 19, 2015.

Quigley played collegiately at San Diego State, where he appeared in 50 career games with 38 starts, including 27 consecutive starts to close out his Aztec career. He attended Granite Hills H.S. in El Cajon, Calif., earning All-Desert Sky League selections in 2008 and 2009.

Quigley, 22, was born on June 26, 1992.
