](http://www.kaplanuniversity.com/)The Redskins have now won consecutive games for the first time since a seven-game winning streak to close the 2012 season, engineered in part by quarterback Colt McCoy's two debut efforts in burgundy and gold. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, McCoy became the first player in NFL history with a minimum of 25 passes to complete 80 percent of his passes and average 10 yards per pass over his first two games with a team.

SERIES HISTORY
Sunday's matchup between the Redskins and Vikings is the 19th regular season meeting and their fifth in as many seasons. The all-time regular season series between the two franchises stands tied, 9-9. The Redskins hold a 12-11 overall series lead on the Vikings, including a 3-2 record against Minnesota in postseason games. The 2013-14 seasons will mark the first time in series history that the Redskins will face the Vikings on the road in consecutive regular seasons, though 2014 will represent the Redskins' first visit to TCF Bank Stadium after facing the Vikings at the Metrodome a season ago.
