Ricky Jean Francois Continues The Peanut Butter Jelly Tradition

When Ricky Jean Francois first joined the team in February, The Redskins Blog featured one of his signature dances – often used in sack celebrations – that was closely associated to his love for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Ok, it was a song about peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Anyways, he began a tradition with the 49ers, his first team, to dance to the song (something he does pretty well) for the fans on the last day of training camp.

Above is his rendition from Sunday. Below is from several years ago. The dance hasn't changed. His hair is a bit longer. The joy remains the same.
