Notes:

  • Even though he was carted off the field in Week 13, right tackle Morgan Moses extended his consecutive starts streak to 45 games despite his ankle injury. Trent Williams, meanwhile, also played through a knee injury that's been plaguing him for months to appear on 46 of the offense's 50 plays.
  • Deshazor Everett was one of three defensive players to appear on every snap for the defensive unit, recording a career-high 11 tackles.
  • While Bashaud Breeland was pushed into more of a rotational role due to a "coach's decision," the fourth-year cornerback recorded a 96-yard pick-six in the fourth quarter. It was his first career touchdown.
