The Redskins arrived back home early Monday morning after a long flight back from London. A 27-27 tie to the Bengals at Wembley Stadium didn't provide them the best taste in their mouth to enter the bye week.

Still, the experience was quite memorable for players, many of whom had never been to London, let alone another country before. From sightseeing to odd sleep schedules to shopping to the atmosphere at Wembley Stadium, the last few days certainly won't be forgotten.

"It was a phenomenal experience," Cousins said. "That stadium is incredible. The atmosphere is incredible. Every seat appeared to be filled. The fans were engaged. It was electric. It did feel like a normal NFL game but maybe even more electric in the sense that it felt like such a unique atmosphere."

"We love it," tight end Vernon Davis said. "We think it's a great opportunity to come over here and just show another country what the NFL has to offer. And not just what the NFL has to offer, we kind of introduce everyone on this side to the game. It's great and of course it's great to put up a good fight and play a football game."

Here's a look at how several members of the team spent their few, busy days across the pond.
