A battle is taking place this weekend between the Redskins and the Cowboys. Even the youngest players on the Redskins understand the importance of the matchup between these two teams.

For some, however, this rivalry even extends to their families.

On Wednesday rookie linebacker Su'a Cravens revealed that he won't be speaking to his mother, Yolanda, this week because she is a Cowboys fan.

"I'm familiar with [the rivalry]," Cravens said. "My mom's actually a Cowboys fan, so I won't be talking to her this week."

While many reporters laughed upon hearing Cravens share this information, there was no joking for him about keeping up the lack of communication between him and his mother.

"I haven't spoken to her. I'm serious. She called this morning. I haven't spoken to her. I don't talk to Cowboys fans," Cravens said. "My dad called me, I was like 'hey, what's up Pops?' She was kind of jealous."
