It's training camp eve here in Richmond, Va.
At least that's how it feels for most of the players who have come through the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center, checking out their lockers and fields and facilities, many for the first time.
You can always count on safety Duke Ihenacho to share some of that enthusiasm, though it seems his quarterback Robert Griffin III can't contain himself either.
This is a big season for both of them after their seasons were shortened with injuries of differing stints in 2014.
Now, they can't keep from smiling (or rapping, or rhapsodizing, or doing something), just itching to get back on the field as the season approaches.
I think Duke had some issues with his volume control. That's understandable. He's so excited he forgot to turn the sound on.
