It's time to bring the whole family down to Redskins Park in Loudoun County, Va., for a great and fan day.
On Saturday, July 11, the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders are hosting a Family Fit Camp for parents and kids alike.
For four hours (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.) participants starting at the age of seven will get the chance to work with professional trainers on the practice fields at the Redskins' headquarters, going through both dance and football drills along with a nutrition seminar.
The cost for attendance is $50 for one parent and one child.
An additional family member is $35.
