--Cincinnati Bengals linebackers coach Paul Guenther looks to become the new Bengals defensive coordinator now that Mike Zimmer has left for Minnesota. According to reports, Guenther was an option to come to Washington and join Jay Gruden as a linebackers coach.
--A look at newly appointed special teams coordinator Ben Kotwica. Kotwica will be entering his eighth NFL season after spending his first seven with the New York Jets.
--Brian Baker was named the new coach of the outside linebackers on Wednesday. Baker held the same position with the Cleveland Browns and looks to help improve linebackers and Brian Orakpo.
