-- Redskins.com continues their "Mock Madness" with a roundup of what various media members think of the Redskins' fifth-overall pick. Over the weekend, NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah's prediction of USC defensive end Leonard Williams was highlighted. 

-- Beyond the gridiron. Redskins players over the last few weeks have been overseas, spending time at military bases and seeing how active duty lives and works in other countries. 

-- Defensive backs coach Perry Fewell has been in football for quite some time, as he's worked as either a positional coach or defensive coordinator every NFL year since 1998

-- For fullback Darrel Young, who recorded a career-high in touchdowns during the 2014 season, it's not about individual accomplishments. He wants to win games

-- On Saturday evening, the Redskins contingent attending this year's Super Bowl — including team owner Dan Snyder, Robert Rothman and Fred Smith of the Redskins' ownership group, and team President Bruce Allengot a chance to meet the Super Bowl Five and snap a photo, which you can see above.

-- Quarterback Robert Griffin III last Wednesday joined ESPN 980 where he said of all of the moves happening at Redskins Park, "everything that they're doing is helping us be a long-time winner."

-- The Redskins announced last Wednesday another addition to the coaching staff, as Matt Cavanaugh, quarterbacks coach, comes to Washington with more than 30 years of NFL experience. The Redskins Blog has a look at his playing career, as he was an NFL quarterback for 13 seasons before getting into the coaching side of things. 

-- Defensive coordinator Joe Berry was on "Redskins Nation" last week and explained his reasoning behind continuing to use the 3-4 scheme. 

-- While he's already has speed in his arsenal, running back Chris Thompson said he wants to use the offseason to "get quicker" among other things. In 2014, he appeared in just two games, but recorded a touchdown on his first-career touch

-- Former Redskins Chris Samuels was named Osbourn High School's new head football coach last week. Osbourn is located in Manassas, Va. 

-- CSNWashington.com's Rich Tandler believes safety should be the top priority in free agency, and, depending on roster moves, writes that the Redskins could be one of the youngest teams in 2015.

-- Tandler also had a look at some of general manager Scot McCloughan's drafts with the 49ers.  

-- Tandler and El-Bashir debate whether the Redskins should bring quarterback Colt McCoy back in 2015. 

-- Former Redskins quarterback Mark Brunell talked about Matt Cavanugh's abilities, saying a coach with talents like his is very hard to find in the NFL. Brunell played under Cavanugh when both were with the Jets

-- Speaking of Cavanaugh, ESPN.com's John Keim has a look at what could be in a coach-player relationship with quarterback Robert Griffin III.
