PHOTOS: Alumni Homecoming Garden Build
More than 30 Washington Football Team alumni and Sean Taylor's family joined the Washington Football Charitable Foundation to create an outdoor learning lab at Burrville Elementary School in Washington, D.C., during Alumni Homecoming Weekend on Oct. 16, in partnership with Out Teach and Pepsi Stronger Together. This learning lab will provide more than 325 elementary school students with an interactive space to grow their STEM knowledge. The learning lab was built in honor of the Sean Taylor Legacy Project.
PHOTOS: All-Star Survivors Celebration
Mrs. Snyder and the Washington Football Charitable Foundation, in partnership with Inova and the American Cancer Society, hosted the 13th annual All-Star Survivors Celebration at Lansdowne Resort & Spa on Oct. 12, 2021. The event focused on pampering, supporting, and celebrating 30 area women who have been affected by breast cancer. During the event, the breast cancer survivors received new jeans donated by Gap Inc., new jewelry donated by Kendra Scott as well as a Washington Football Team gift bag. PHOTOS: Breast Cancer Awareness Game presented by Inova Schar
The Washington Football Team hosted the New Orleans Saints on October 11, for their annual Breast Cancer Awareness game presented by Inova Schar. 30 Breast Cancer survivors were invited to the game to be honored on the field alongside fellow survivor and co-CEO and co-owner.
