Redskins defensive lineman Stephen Paea is itching to get back onto the field, if only to prove to fans what he brings to the team.

Yesterday he posted to Instagram a video from this past season and, if it's any indication of what he will be providing the defense this year, the Redskins should be in for a treat.

The video shows him cutting right through the Jets' offensive line, nearly sacking quarterback Geno Smith and forcing an off-balanced incomplete pass.

"So they ask me, 'What am I gonna bring to this team?' And I said 'THIS' #HTTR," he wrote in his caption.

Paea played in all 16 games last year and compiled a career high six sacks, two forced fumbles and 33 combined tackles.

If you have some questions for the New Zealand native that you'd like answered, make sure you tune in to Reddit at noon, Monday, March 30, as part of the team's AMA (Ask Me Anything) Reddit series.
